Traditional inkjet printers suffer from high consumable costs, excessive VOCs emissions, blurred printing results and low changeover efficiency when applied to EPE profiled materials. This machine adopts roller contact printing technology combined with water-based ink, ensuring stable bonding between the printing layer and the EPE substrate for clear printing of logos, text and patterns. Equipped with a fully automatic operation mode, it enables unattended continuous production, increases changeover efficiency by 80%, saves over RMB 140,000 in consumable costs per factory annually, and achieves near-zero VOCs emissions through its water-based ink system, meeting environmental compliance requirements. Riqiang Machinery spent 6 months on dedicated R&D for this equipment, which has been successfully deployed at a Foshan-based aluminum door/window profile manufacturer with annual output exceeding 50,000 tons
