Double Line Bags In Rollers Making Machine is a fully automatic bag-making equipment developed by Dongguan Riqiang Machinery to meet the high-speed, high-efficiency, and high-quality demands of the modern packaging industry. Equipped with dual independent servo control systems, the machine allows two channels to operate simultaneously with independent feeding, sealing, cutting, and winding, nearly doubling production efficiency compared to traditional single-channel models.
Powered by a PLC touch-screen control system, the unit integrates automatic constant-temperature heat sealing, high-precision photocell registration, intelligent tension control, and automatic counting & rewinding functions. It fully automates the entire process from film unwinding, folding, bottom sealing / perforating, twin-channel slitting, dual-shaft automatic rewinding, to finished roll output. The finished bags feature smooth and strong seals, even tear-off perforations, and neatly wound rolls — making it the ideal choice for producing supermarket produce bags, household garbage bags, food bags, and more.
